Yoga is one of the ancient subjects of Wellness. Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word “Yoke” which means union. The origin of yoga has been speculated to date back to the pre-Vedic Indian period according to Rig Veda. It is primarily a spiritual practice and a methodical effort that focuses on achieving harmony between the body and mind through developing one’s latent potential on the physical, vital, intellectual, and spiritual levels.
