Important Information

  • Registrations are considered in January and July every year
  • Nomination forms, together with relevant service, academic & research documents must be submitted before the end of January/July every year.
  • The Research Report/Dissertation should be submitted within three months after notification.

The adjudication process is private and highly confidential. No enquiries are entertained

Eligibility Conditions

  • Reputed teachers / educators working in higher learning institutions like colleges and universities.
  • Must be a Ph. D holder in any discipline. Honorary doctorate degree holders are not eligible for post-doctoral awards.
  • Must have shown outstanding contribution in the field of education, research, and service, with a minimum experience of 10 years and provide three recommendation letters.
  • Should have guided at least five Ph. Ds or published 10 research papers in reputed national and international journals.
  • Should have proven abilities in curriculum planning, development and transaction as evidenced by publication of two books at higher education level.

Documents Check List

Applications submitted without following documents will not be considered for the award.

  1. Masters/Professional Degree Pass Certificate and Marks Statements.
  2. Cost of Application & Registration Fee: Demand Draft / Online Receipt etc (Original only).
  3. Employment Certificate from the Registrar of University or Principal of the College, citing the distinctions /contributions /accomplishments of the candidate or any other information necessary for the award of degree.

Biographical summary (Max: 1000 words) of contributions to academic and research domains, together with list of publications

NOTE

Two Copies of the Dissertation/Thesis of the research topic, together with a C.D in PDF format, giving all details of research and attached reprints of research publications. This should be submitted within three months after the notification and upon receiving a confirmatory letter from the university.
